Applicability
These are the Terms of Service governing the use of the service provided on radiantacoustics.com and the agreement that operates between you and Nordic Hi-Fi A/S. These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the service.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. You agree to these Terms and conditions by accessing or using the service. If you disagree or do not comply with any part of these Terms of Service, then you may not access or use the service.
Your access to and use of the service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of Radiant Acoustics. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully prior to using the service.
Placing Orders
By placing an order on radiantacoustics.com, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age.
You affirm and guarantee that you have the legal authority to use any credit card(s), debit card(s), or other payment method(s) in connection with your order, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
By submitting this information, you authorize us to share it with third-party payment processors for the purpose of completing your transaction.
Shipping
We strive to provide optimal shipping services for your products and include an estimated delivery time frame on each product page. Please be aware that the delivery time provided is an estimate and does not represent a guaranteed delivery date.
Radiant Acoustics will not be held liable for any delays, changes, or issues caused by shipping carriers, third-party entities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your country is not listed in our available shipping destinations at checkout, please contact us to request a shipping quote.
Note that deliveries are made exclusively to the ground floor and front entrance of the delivery address. Delivery personnel are not authorized to transport items beyond this point, including to upper floors or inside the building. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the items at the front entrance and arrange assistance if further transportation is required within the premises.
VAT & Taxes
At Radiant Acoustics, we offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service to customers in all countries, ensuring a smooth and seamless ordering process without unexpected costs.
Our DDP service covers all necessary charges, including:
- Shipping
- Duties
- Taxes/VAT
- Insurance.

When you receive the product
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will rectify the issue by sending you the correct or replacement product as soon as possible. We will also provide a return slip, so you won't have to cover the return shipping costs.
If your product arrives with visible damage to the shipping carton, we recommend checking immediately to see if the product inside has been affected. If the product appears damaged, you can refuse to accept the package. If the product itself is undamaged, you may ask the carrier to note that the packaging was damaged during shipping.
If you discover any damage to the product after unpacking it (damage that likely occurred during shipping), please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damage. We will then arrange the next steps to ensure the goods are exchanged without unnecessary delays.
Remember to note the serial number. We recommend printing a copy of your receipt and writing the serial number on it.
Keep the packaging.
We highly recommend keeping the original packaging for your new products. If you need to move the items later, using the original packaging helps prevent scratches or other damage. If you wish to return the product within the return timeframe, the original packaging must be intact and undamaged. If the original packaging is unavailable, we reserve the right to charge a fee, and only a portion of the total amount will be refunded (the fee will be deducted). This policy is in place due to the need to relist the item, which may require providing new packaging and covering handling costs.
Delivery Info
Goods are dispatched via DHL Commerce, FedEx Express, DPD, and Postnord. Packages are delivered either to your home or to the nearest post office for collection (as specified during checkout). If you have chosen home delivery but are not present when delivery is attempted, you can later collect the package from the nearest post office.
Transport insurance
The freight includes insurance that covers loss and any damage to the product during transport from us to you. Please note that if you have granted permission for the shipping company to leave the package outside your door, the insurance may not cover loss or damage.
Payments
Your card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, no charges will be applied. We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, UnionPay, American Express, and PayPal.
Warranty at Radiant Acoustics
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will correct the issue by sending you the correct or replacement item as soon as possible after you return the incorrect or defective one.
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year right of complaint. This means you may have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a refund, depending on the situation, provided the complaint is justified.
At Radiant Acoustics, we also offer a 10-year warranty. This extends your options to have the item repaired or exchanged within 10 years, provided the complaint is justified and the defect did not arise from improper use or other damaging behavior. The warranty does not cover wear, misuse, improper connection, or damage during transportation as a result of poor packaging, professional use, or inadequate general maintenance.
Service and spare parts
At Radiant Acoustics we have our own service workshop with many years of experience fixing most of our products. We can therefore perform repairs on your device quickly and correctly. Kindly be aware that we may not have spare parts available for all of our products, including items that are not currently in stock.

How to send your device for repair
Should your device need repairs or service, you can send it directly to our workshop. You must always remember to contact us first via the website or at support@argonaudio.com. Also, always keep a copy of the purchase receipt with the appliance as it is your guarantee of warranty. If you order a product from Radiant Acoustics, we will store your information for 10 years and can retrieve your purchase details using your email and order ID.
Be aware
The product should always be shipped in its original packaging. Especially for heavier devices, this is very important. Devices sent in non-original packaging cannot be covered by transport insurance.
Always read the instruction manual and make sure that the defect/error is not caused by improper use before sending your product for repair. In some cases, a reset on the device can correct the error.
For warranty repairs
We provide a 10-year warranty on all products sold through radiantacoustics.com.
Warranty repairs must be performed by us.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, overloading, faulty connections, or similar issues.
Troubleshooting and price estimates
If the warranty on your device has expired and you are in doubt as to whether repairing the product is feasible, you can request a price estimate for the repair. Contact us at support@radiantacoustics.com for more info.
Company Right of Refusal and Cancellation
Radiant Acoustics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to:
· Product availability
· Errors in product descriptions or pricing
· Errors in the details of your order
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or illegal transactions.
Customer Order Cancellation Rights
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed and fulfilled, our standard return policy will apply. Any applicable deductions, such as shipping or handling fees, will be applied to your refund.
Once your order has been fulfilled, we encourage you to accept the delivery, test the product, and then decide whether to keep it or proceed with a return.
Refund policy
At Radiant Acoustics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. We want you to experience our products at home, with the flexibility to return them if they don’t meet your expectations. You can return products within 30 days and get your money back. The cost for the return shipment is 49 €, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once we receive your request, we will email you the shipping label(s) that you need to print, attach to your original shipping box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Pick-up may be arranged depending on your country and shipping method.
Timeframe for Returns and Refunds
Goods purchased from Radiant Acoustics’s webshop are subject to a 30-day return policy (you can claim your money back or exchange your purchase for another product). The 30 days start on the day you receive the item. Any refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
A standard return process usually takes between 7-14 business days.

You get free shipping on all orders, but returns are submitted to a 49 € fee. We will email you the shipping label(s) that you need to print, attach to your original shipping box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Pick-up may be arranged depending on your country and shipping method.
Return Process
1. Return request
Send us an email at support@radiantacoustics.com with your order number and reason for the return (within 30 days of receiving the product(s))
2. Return request approved
Once your return request is approved (It can take up to 2 business days to approve the return), we will email you the shipping label(s) to print, attach to your original shipping box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Depending on your location and shipping method, a pick-up service may also be available.
IMPORTANT: The return label is valid for 14 days from the date you receive it in your email inbox. If this period is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and the package will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
3. Items returned
Shipping the items to our warehouse takes 2-6 business days for EU orders and 4-10 business days for non-EU orders. We will notify you once your returned items are received. After inspecting the items, we will send you a confirmation email when your refund is approved. Please note that the inspection process may take up to 7 business days.
The entire return process typically takes 10-14 business days.
4. Refund is on its way
You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as it was when received, i.e. complete, undamaged and with all accessories. You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods. In other words - you can handle the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more extensively than what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. To receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it (as in normal, daily use).
- The original packaging must remain intact and undamaged. Should the original packaging not be available, we retain the right to charge a fee, and you will be refunded only a portion of the total amount (the fee will be deducted). This policy is implemented due to the necessity of relisting the item, which may involve providing new packaging (including handling costs).
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
Radiant Acoustics continually updates its offerings of goods on the radiantacoustics.com. However, the goods provided on this service may sometimes be mispriced, inaccurately described, or temporarily unavailable. Additionally, there may be delays in updating the information related to these goods, both on the service and in our advertising on other platforms.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, including but not limited to prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. Radiant Acoustics reserves the right to modify or update information, as well as to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, at any time and without prior notice.
Pricing Policy
Radiant Acoustics reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time prior to confirming an order.
After an order is confirmed, prices may still be adjusted if factors affecting delivery arise that are outside the control of the company. Such factors include, but are not limited to, government regulations, changes in customs duties, increased shipping costs, fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, or any other circumstances beyond Radiant Acoustics' control. Should such an adjustment be necessary, you will have the option to cancel your order.
Intellectual Property
All original content on the service (excluding content provided by users), including features and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Radiant Acoustics and its licensors.
The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in both the country of operation and internationally.
Radiant Acoustics' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Feedback
By submitting feedback to Radiant Acoustics, you assign all rights, titles, and interest in such feedback to the company. If for any reason this assignment is not effective, you grant Radiant Acoustics a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and exploit such feedback without restriction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Acoustics and its suppliers will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruptions, personal injury, or loss of privacy) arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service, third-party software or hardware used with the service, or any other aspect of these Terms, even if Radiant Acoustics or its suppliers were advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of Denmark, excluding its conflict of law principles, shall govern these Terms of Service and your use of the service.
The website complies with Danish law, and no representation is made regarding compliance with laws in other jurisdictions. If you access the website from outside Denmark, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the service, you agree to attempt to resolve them informally by contacting the company first. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
For European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) Users
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you are entitled to the protections provided by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a material change is made, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new Terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use the service after any revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the service.
