Goods are dispatched through DHL Express, FedEx Express, DPD, or PostNord and delivered to the curb of your home address. You will receive shipping details and a tracking number from DHL Commerce, FedEx Express, DPD, or PostNord, along with the scheduled delivery time for your packages. Please note that the delivery timeframe cannot be changed.

To initiate a product return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Customer Service at support@radiantacoustics.com with your order number and return reason.
  
• Once we receive your request, we will email you the shipping label(s) that you need to print, attach to your original shipping box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Pick-up may be arranged depending on your country and shipping method.
  
• Ensure that you send back the product in its original packaging and with all of its accessories.
