What is your return policy?
At Radiant Acoustics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to experience our products at home, with the flexibility to return them if they don’t meet your expectations. You can return products within 30 days and get your money back, to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.
NOTE: Returns have a €49 shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
Goods are dispatched through DHL Commerce, FedEx Express, DPD, or PostNord and delivered to the curb of your home address. You will receive shipping details and a tracking number from DHL Commerce, FedEx Express, DPD, or PostNord, along with the scheduled delivery time for your packages. Please note that the delivery timeframe cannot be changed.
To initiate a product return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service at support@radiantacoustics.com with your order number and return reason.
- Once we receive your request, we will email you the shipping label(s) that you need to print, attach to your original shipping box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Pick-up may be arranged depending on your country and shipping method.
- Ensure that you send back the product in its original packaging and with all of its accessories.
Shipping the items to our warehouse takes 2-6 business days for EU orders and 4-10 business days for non-EU orders. We will notify you once your returned items are received. After inspecting the items, we will send you a confirmation email when your refund is approved. Please note that the inspection process may take up to 7 business days.
Upon receiving and verifying the package's condition, you can expect a refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

- Depending on your location, your order will be shipped via DHL Commerce, FedEx Express, DPD, or PostNord.
- No hidden fees—all costs are included in the price.
- All product prices listed on our website already include taxes.
VAT & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, we provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning shipping, duties, and taxes/VAT are fully covered, ensuring a smooth, worry-free process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- You can view the estimated delivery time during checkout. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark, delivery typically takes:
Europe: 2–5 business days
International: 4–10 business days
- The shipping time starts when the package leaves Denmark and ends when it reaches its destination.
- Be aware that shipping times may be extended due to external factors such as force majeure events and local public holidays.
- Typically, shipments to Malta and Cyprus are expected to reach the customer within 7 to 10 days.
- You'll receive delivery details, including track and trace information, in your confirmation email. If you don't receive these details, feel free to reach out to our customer support at support@radiantacoustics.com

Note: If your parcel's tracking status hasn't updated for over 7 days, please contact us. We'll promptly investigate with the carrier to resolve the issue swiftly.
What are your warranty terms?
At Radiant Acoustics, we proudly offer a 10-year warranty on all our products. We're confident in the quality of our craftsmanship, so if a product has an inherent issue, you won’t need to prove it. Our warranty covers any malfunctions, including both spare parts and labor.
However, please note that our warranty does not extend to wear and tear, misuse, improper connections, damage caused by poor packaging during transport, professional use, or lack of general maintenance.
Be sure to keep your purchase invoice, which includes the product type and order number, as this will serve as your proof of warranty.
